Christian Dior said, ‘A woman’s perfume tells me about her more than her handwriting’. Perfume is a powerful tool to express our personality, build our self-image and engage with others. With each skin type, each perfume gives a different scent to the body.

OILY SKIN

According to perfumers, the scent of perfume will stick better thanks to the moisture and oil layer on the body. If you have oily or normal skin, that’s a big plus! Choose for yourself the Floral, Fruity/Citrus, or Green scent to bring a light, sweet and fresh feeling without fear of each note changing too harshly on the skin.

TIP: You can spray perfume on the brush, wait for 2-3 seconds, and then comb your hair. The oil on your hair will help spread the scent evenly with each movement you make.

DRY SKIN

For people who have dry skin, the scent of perfume will evaporate faster. You should not choose Floral, Fruity/Citrus, or Green aromas because the smell is pretty hard to last long. Instead, warm scents like Woody and Oriental will help keep the scent longer on the body.

TIP: Repeatedly applying perfume will make your skin even drier. ‘Moisture’ the pulse points with vaseline or an unscented moisturizing lotion before applying perfume to help ‘lock’ the scent on the skin all day long.Lover Boy fragrance bottle

SENSITIVE SKIN

The tricky thing about choosing a perfume for sensitive skin is using a product that does not irritate when sprayed on the skin. Therefore, the best way to select the right perfume is to try the scent you like at the pulse points. This way will help you know that your skin is not too sensitive to the perfume’s composition.

TIP: If you often get red spots when spraying perfume, try it on a small cotton ball and put in your front pocket, or dab it lightly on your collar/wrist to help the fragrance linger around you all day.
